Resources

A close friend once said to me:

"I don't believe in words, people can lie.

I don't believe in actions, people can fake it/

I don't believe in 'changed behaviour' as people can fake it for a while.

I look for patterns of behaviour, because no-one can fake it forever".

Ed, if you ever read this, thanks.

Now, the next question is, what leads to long-lasting change in patterns of behaviour? I believe that a fundamental shift in values and beliefs is one of the most powerful foundations and indicators of future patterns of behaviour. Having and open mind and looking for knowledge, wisdom and critical reflection is so valuable. I also believe that in today's world, we need to acknowledge our different ways of taking in information and embrace this, so I will do my best to provide multiple resources for both behavioural change practitioners as well as people seeking change.
